SHIPPING

All of our products are shipped to you from the US via a secure, tracked shipping method. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more, no code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include taxes and fees.

 Order adjustments or cancellations are not possible after order is placed. At Nadine Dubai we only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We hope that you love our product(s) as much as we do. For any reason you don’t and wish to return any or all products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will happily issue an exchange for a different product or store credit that can be used later, the product(s) being returned must contain 75% or more of the fragrance to be eligible for a return/exchange.

 Return/exchanges can only be allowed once (1) per order. 

We apologize – you must cover the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. Products must be returned undamaged and in their original white cardboard outer packaging.

 Send us an email when you are ready to make that return/exchange at nadinedubaifragrances@gmail.com. Including the following information in the email (full name, order number, delivery address, product(s) you would like to return), someone on our team will then assist you through the process.
